Your instructor posts the date range on mêskanâs. You have to write your exam within the posted date range.

The exam supervisor you choose must be:

  • A professor, instructor or professional staff member from a recognized post-secondary institution OR
  • A full-time professional staff member of a private or public school, public library or library within a school

To preserve academic integrity, the supervisor cannot be a friend, neighbour, family member, co-worker or manager within the department and cannot live at the same address as you under any circumstance.

The location needs to be a room/space at your supervisor’s place of employment.

The Online Exam Supervision form must be completed and submitted to Exam Services 10 business days prior to the exam date. You can find the form in the Examination Guidelines section of your paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs home page. After you submit the form, the Exam Services Centre will contact the exam supervisor (whose information you've included on the form) and provide them with the exam and other details. The supervisor will contact you prior to the scheduled exam date.
