Service Delivery Lead Campus Solutions
ERP Business Support Office

MacEwan University has an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Support Office that is designed to support the ongoing governance and delivery of the University’s PeopleSoft systems. Reporting to the Director ERP Business Support Office, this position will work in partnership with the business area management, information and technology services, other ERP systems areas, and the client stakeholders in the analysis and development of enhancements to the University’s overall Campus Solutions system needs and in advancing the Peoplesoft Campus Solutions suite of modules.

We are recruiting for a strategic, highly skilled individual to take on this essential role and work collaboratively within the ERP support team and to provide senior functional leadership to a dedicated team of business analysts. There is also a requirement to manage on-demand business requirements through: System Change Requests, Rational Quality Management (RQM) work items and eHelpDesk tickets for Campus Solutions modules. This position provides direction and quality control and planning to the business areas, and participates as a senior team member in the design, development and testing of solutions to ensure business processes integrity for delivery to the University.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree with advanced working knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions software and an understanding of complex business issues and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders. This position requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic leader with extensive expertise (at least 5 years) with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and a demonstrated commitment to service excellence. Experience working in a post-secondary education institution is an asset.

A high-level skill set is also required in the areas of communication (written and verbal), project management, and program delivery tools and technology. This position requires an individual that is adaptable and flexible to changing priorities, and has a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish objectives. Along with technical expertise, this role also requires an ability to build partnerships and be able to manage in a complex and dynamic workplace; and the successful candidate will be expected to participate in conferences and training courses to maintain their expertise.
