Opportunity
The Office of the University Registrar, located at City Centre Campus, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time continuing domestic admissions & enrolment specialist. This position is a part of a student-oriented admissions team committed to service excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for determining admission to university programs, evaluating transcripts, maintaining accurate student records, and providing information to applicants and other members of the university community on admission policies and procedures.

Skills
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrate organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills; above average attention to detail; the ability to manage a high volume of work in a face-paced environment; and computer literacy including the use of student information and database systems, and a knowledge of secondary and post-secondary education systems in Alberta and Canada.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a two (2) year post-secondary diploma with a minimum of one (1) years’ customer service experience, preferably in a post-secondary institution in an admission or registrarial setting. Experience with PeopleSoft – Campus Solutions is considered an asset.
