Instructor, Perioperative Nursing Programs

Applications are invited for a faculty appointment in the Perioperative Nursing programs for RNs and LPNs at MacEwan University. This is a full time position with three-year term. This faculty position will be responsible for teaching perioperative nursing theory, lab and clinical courses including placement coordination.
Candidates should possess a baccalaureate degree in Nursing and CNA Certification in Perioperative Nursing. Proficiency in operating room nursing practice, enthusiasm for nursing education, strong interpersonal skills and licensure or eligibility for licensure with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta is required. Previous teaching experience is desirable. Selection of candidates will be based on a combination of education and experience.
