Exam Services Technicians

The university’s expanding Academics Affairs department has exciting opportunities for two (2) professional, approachable, and customer service-oriented exam services technicians. Reporting to the manager, Exam Services, these positions will provide a variety of invigilation and support services through the Exam Services Centre.

The ideal candidates must be flexible; be able to work with constant interruptions and a fluctuating work load; and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to plan and solve problems.

Successful candidates will supervise and provide support for student examinations; provide exam scanning services and support for faculty; assist with exam scheduling and booking; and provide end users with information on processes and procedures for the Exam Services Centre.

You must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum of a post-secondary technical certificate from a recognized institution
• Minimum of two (2) years’ technical support experience
• Experience with public service and/or end user support
• Experience working in a post-secondary setting
• Experience with Blackboard and PeopleSoft are assets

This position is included under the MacEwan Staff Association Collective Agreement.
