Part-Time Instructor, Therapist Assistant Program

MacEwan University’s Therapist Assistant Program – Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Major is seeking a part-time instructor. The Therapist Assistant Program at MacEwan University is a two year diploma program that provides Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) students with the theoretical knowledge, skill development and practical experience required to work as an SLPA. Two full-time field placements round out the educational experience providing students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and skills in a therapeutic environment under the supervision of skilled professionals. The SLPA major is delivered at City Centre Campus and online.

MacEwan University’s Therapist Assistant Program - Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Major is seeking an instructor who will have the primary responsibility of organizing and monitoring field placements. The successful candidate must be a Speech-Language Pathologist who is eligible for membership in the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists
