HR Functional Analyst

Are you that HR person with exceptional technical skills? Do you have HRIS experience? Then the MacEwan University Human Resources Department is looking for your expertise as an HR Functional Analyst.

We currently have a full-time continuing position. This role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the human resource function. The HR Functional Analyst is accountable for providing data integrity, configuring and testing databases, developing and implementing business process solutions, audit analysis, and training to support system functionality. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules such as Workforce Administration, Employee/Manager Self Service and ePerformance.

Candidates must have Degree in Business, or related (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered). Three years of progressive functional experience within HRIS applications is required, preferably PeopleSoft. The successful candidate will have process management experience and experience in working with cross functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for end users. The ideal candidate will have experience with facilitating and training.
