Coordinator, Strategic Enrollment and Planning

Are you looking for an opportunity to put your research and business skills to the test? MacEwan University’s School of Business is recruiting for a coordinator, strategic enrollment and planning. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to supporting the information and reporting needs of the school’s leadership team. Such activities will include but are not limited to: 1) synthesizing information from a variety of sources to identify key issues requiring action by the school’s leadership; 2) environmental scanning of other post-secondary institutions to assess current issues; 3) analysis of enrollment trends for the School; 4) supporting the monthly/quarterly/annually reporting needs from the leadership team.
Reporting to the associate dean, this position will maintain a strong relationship with academic and administrative leadership, faculty and staff to support the analysis and information required to support sound decision making. The successful candidate will come with a strong analytical and problem solving background.
• Several years’ experience in project management, statistical and research methodologies experience, preferably in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
• A minimum of a post-secondary degree related to social science research
• Experience in the use of PeopleSoft reporting and other statistical software is an asset
• Experience working in post-secondary institutions is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as influencing and negotiating skills, are required to work in this multi-disciplinary environment
