Under the supervision of the coordinator, Parking, Print and Mail Services, the administrative support IV is accountable for providing administrative support, accurate bookkeeping and quality front-line customer service through multiple channels including email, telephone and in-person. This position is the first point of contact to respond to escalations including but not limited to ticketing, equipment failures and payment issues, and is the first point of contact in the absence of the coordinator, Parking, Print and Mail Services.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intermediate to advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft
• Ability to work with people under a variety of circumstances and remain calm to de-escalate intense situations
• Experience and working knowledge of databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer problem resolutions skills
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Accurate data entry skills
• Organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic financial accounting and bank reconciliation skill
The successful candidate should have a minimum college diploma (2 years) and a minimum of three (3) years related experience in a busy parking, banking, or comparable cash office/customer service environment with proven experience in supervisory or intermediate administrative role. Proven experience in cash, debit and credit card transactions is required. Equivalencies will be considered.
