Additional offerings through the School of Continuing Education include: Preparation for University and College, English as a Second Language, professional and personal development courses and workshops, corporate training and the Alberta College Conservatory of Music.

The Preparation for University and College program is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative support.
Major responsibilities include: responding to program inquiries; providing administrative support to the program coordinator, program advisors and instructors; preparing reports; administering placement tests; assisting students with various funding applications and registrations. Additional responsibilities include: registering new and returning students into courses; notifying students of cancelled classes; completing documentation relating to student withdrawals and transfers while following the University and Student Finance refund policies.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organizational skills. The ability to multi-task, set priorities, adapt to change, and be self-directed will allow you to be successful in the position.

The successful candidate must have a post-secondary business diploma and a minimum of two years related experience. Equivalencies may be considered. Advanced Microsoft Office and email skills are required. Experience with projects, PeopleSoft enterprise system, and working with faculty and students are assets.
