Business Management Services is looking for a Project Assistant to join their exciting and energetic team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project assistant to move into a position that promises challenge, growth, and opportunity! The Project Assistant is accountable for support with project oversight, process improvement project workshops, and process improvement project activities and is also accountable for some administrative support to the Business Management Services team.

You will be key in managing project and work plans for process projects, creating and managing a bring forward process for process project action items, ensuring consistent use of standard process and project methods and tools, and preparing and maintaining presentations, agendas, materials, and process packages for project workshops, sessions and meetings.


We are looking for a team member with high levels of initiative and the ability to plan and coordinate work independently as well as someone with the ability to take initiative to move tasks and projects forward. The successful candidate will have a post-secondary Project Management certificate or equivalent (Business Analyst certificate or Business Process Management certificate) along with 3-5 years of progressively responsible project management administration experience. Intermediate to advanced level training and/or experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is required and experience in Microsoft Project would be considered an asset.
