Opportunity
Academics Affairs is recruiting a professional, approachable, and customer service-oriented Exam Services Technician. Reporting to the Manager, Exam Services, this position will provide a variety of invigilation and support services through the Exam Services Centre.

Our ideal candidates must be flexible; be able to work with constant interruptions and a fluctuating work load; and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to plan and solve problems.

In this position, the successful candidates will provide student examination support and supervision; provide exam scanning services and support for faculty; assist with exam scheduling and booking; and provide end users with information on processes and procedures for the Exam Services Centre.

Qualifications
You must have the following:
• Minimum of a post-secondary technical certificate from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years technical support experience
• Experience with public service and/or end user support
• Experience working in a post-secondary setting
• Experience with Blackboard and PeopleSoft are assets
