MacEwan’s “out of scope” employees are those that are excluded from collective bargaining, and are not covered by the terms of a collective agreement. Their employment policy outlines all the terms and conditions of employment, including vacation, benefits, probation and hours of work.
Our Administrative Support & Supervisory Personnel work in a variety of areas across the univeristy and are further defined in the ASSP Employment Policy.
