Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a membership* with MacEwan University Sport and Wellness. If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. Classes provide different intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

All Spring/Summer Value-Added classes run:
May 1-Sep 1*
No classes May 22, Jul 1, 3 and Aug 7.

All Fall Value-Added classes run:
Sep 5-Dec 23*
No classes Oct 7, 9, Nov 11 and 13.

*MacEwan students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members of Sport and Wellness.
