Value-Added

Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a membership* with MacEwan University Sport and Wellness. If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. Classes provide different intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

All Winter Value-Added classes run:

Deep Water Fitness

Deep Water Fitness

Looking for a way to be active without putting stress on your joints? Using an “aqua jogger” belt for support, this class improves cardiovascular conditioning, and strengthens and tones your muscles.

This class combines cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength to provide you with a fun, low-impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

MacEwan University Sport and Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low participation – please check the website for up-to-date information. Tags can be reserved by calling 780.497.5317.

*MacEwan University students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members.
