Stroke Fixers for Adults
Try these drop-in sessions designed toimprove swimming ability and develop correct technique. This class is suitable for those who are comfortable swimming but want some additional help to make their stroke more efficient. Come once or every week—it’s up to you. An instructor will be available to assist you during this time.
