Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

A martial art focusing on grappling, ground control and submissions. The class offers cardio training and free sparring/rolling. Ideal for anyone who wants to get fit while learning self-defence techniques. Learn from Kyle Dunlop a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Misty Shearer.
