Ashtanga Yoga

Join this class and learn the Ashtanga method of yoga. Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This relaxing ancient art will not only increase your flexibility and range of motion, but will also elevate your spiritual consciousness, release unwanted physical tension and brighten your mood. No yoga experience necessary.
