Stretch & Tone
This fitness class will include muscular strength and endurance activities with hand weights and Dynabands. We will also concentrate on flexibility, with comprehensive exercises to work on range of motion for all your joints. No experience necessary, just a great attitude and a willingness to try a few new things.
Mon / 10–10:55 a.m.
Workout—Level 1
This beginner class is designed to increase your energy levels and improve your balance, coordination, strength and agility. Take part in the fun and leave feeling energized.
Tue & Thu / 10–10:55 a.m.
Workout—Level 2
Want to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and joint stability? Then this high-energy class is for you. This interval class will challenge your muscles using a variety of equipment, including stability balls.
Wed & Fri / 10–10:55 a.m.
Out of Water Fitness
While our pool is being renovated, why not try this alternative to our popular Shallow Water Fitness sessions? This low impact class has been specially designed to be easy on your joints. It includes light free weights and easy Zumba moves to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness, as well as gentle stretching to increase flexibility. It's everything you love about Shallow Water Fitness, but on dry land.

Zumba Gold » 6 Classes
Dance your way to vibrant health! Zumba Gold is designed for the older, active adult or someone new to fitness. This class will improve your balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. No dancing skills are required. The music will make you move, sweat and keep you coming back for more. This is an introduction to Zumba Fitness – a little less intense, but just as fun.
