Older Adult

Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership or pass.* If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access.

All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.

All Spring/ Summer Older Adult Value-Added classes run:

MacEwan University Sport and Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low participation – continue to check the website for up-to-date information. Call 780.497.5317 to reserve class tags one hour before class begins. Passes are now available for pick-up at the Welcome Desk.

Please note, value-added classes will not run on holidays unless otherwise noted.
