High Velocity Spin
Gear up for a spinning adventure where superb instructors guide you through cycling strength, super speed work, challenging hills and more. Regardless of your fitness level, you will be able to challenge yourself as you set the intensity that suits you. Please be punctual to allow time for bike set up.

Spin & Core
This class is a combo of 40–45 minutes of challenging spin intervals, hill work and fun group games followed by 15 minutes of core exercises and cool-down stretches. All levels of fitness are welcome. We provide the motivating guidance – you choose your effort level.

MORNING
Out of Water Fitness
While our pool is being renovated, why not try this alternative to our popular Shallow Water Fitness sessions? This low impact class has been specially designed to be easy on your joints. It includes light free weights and easy Zumba moves to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness, as well as gentle stretching to increase flexibility. It's everything you love about Shallow Water Fitness, but on dry land.

Turbo Knockout
This high-energy class combines high-intensity cardio activities, kickboxing moves and strength training designed to take your fitness to the next level.

Strength & Core
Tune up your body with functional fitness. This class is a circuit-style workout incorporating intervals, balance, core stability and toning exercises. A variety of equipment will be used to sculpt your muscles.

Intense Step
This class is filled with challenging patterns, intense moves and energetic step choreography to give you a great cardio, muscular strength and endurance workout.

Total Knockout
This class will “Knock You Out” with high-energy fun! Modified boxing, martial art techniques and hi/lo intensity training combine to improve coordination, balance, strength and endurance.

HIIT IT HARD
This High-Intensity Interval Training class will help you increase your agility, strength and endurance by challenging every muscle in your body with a variety of intense drills.
