Value-Added

Value-Added Classes are FREE drop-in classes for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership or pass.* If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access. Plus Pass classes do have a registration fee. All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels; beginners are welcome.
All Winter Value-Added classes run:

All Spring/Summer Value-Added classes run:

City Centre Runners

Training for an upcoming race or looking to meet other running enthusiasts? Join us for coached training sessions including interval, tempo and hill workouts. Participants must be able to run 30 minutes continuous. Please fill out a waiver online or at the Welcome Desk prior to attending class.
