The following programs take place at City Centre Campus in the Christenson Family Centre for Sport and Wellness. These programs include Sport and Wellness memberships for the duration of the course.
Fabulous Four
This program provides individual attention in a small group format with two classes/workouts per week (aerobics, circuit training and weight training) and two Fitness Assessments (aerobic, strength, flexibility and core). Fabulous Four includes a weekly exercise plan, an incentive challenge and is suitable for all fitness levels. This program has a 10 person minimum and 15 person maximum. An adult membership to MacEwan Sport and Wellness is included for the duration of the program.

Sidekick Six
This program consists of two Polar BodyAge Assessments (which compare your biological age to your chronological age). A pre-course assessment will identify your strengths, recognize your areas for improvement, and set your health and wellness goals. Receive program tips to get you where you want to be. A post-course assessment will evaluate your successes. This self-directed program with ongoing email communications for exercise and nutritional guidance is suitable for all fitness levels. An adult membership to MacEwan Sport and Wellness is included for the duration of the program.
