  1. If you have ever registered for a course or membership you have an account with a Login ID and PIN. *Your Login ID is the number under the barcode on your member card/Student ID or can be found on the bottom left corner of a MUSW receipt.
  2. If there is a valid e-mail address on your account go to MacEwan University Sport and Wellness Online RegistrationLogin > Forgot Login and/or PIN? An e-mail with your login information will be sent to the e-mail address on your account. If you are unsure of the e-mail address on file, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 and our staff will provide your log in information and update your account.

*Accounts have not already been created for those who have attended Sport and Wellness only on a drop-in basis; please follow the instructions below.

If you have never registered for a course/membership at Sport and Wellness and would like to register online, you must first set up an account. Please complete our Account Creation Form. My Account

Updating Account Information

Keeping your account up to date is very important. To change details such as your address, phone number and e-mail address go to: MacEwan University Sport and Wellness Online Registration > Login > My Account > Edit Account Details & Edit Registrant Details. Ensure you save your changes.

If You Are Denied Access to Your Account

After several attempts to log in using an incorrect Login ID and/or PIN, your account will automatically lock for 24 hours. You will be allowed to log in the next day with the correct login information or you can call the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 to get your correct login information and get your account unlocked.

Registering Someone Else

Because registrations are done on your personal account, you can only register yourself. If you wish to register an immediate family member, that person requires their own account.

We will create their account and e-mail their Login ID and PIN within 24 hours (with the exception of Christmas and Boxing Day). If you wish to pay for that person's registration, we do offer third party billing. This feature is not currently available online; we would be pleased to assist you in person or over the phone once an account has been created for your friend.

If your child is not in the right age group for a course, you will not be able to register him or her online. Registering Someone Else

Because registrations are done on your personal account, you can only register yourself. If you wish to register an immediate family member, that person requires their own account, look under My Account for the process.

Checking Your Registration History

To verify your registrations: Go to MacEwan University Sport and Wellness Online Registration > Login > My Account > scroll to the bottom and select Registrations or History to view your current/past registrations.

If you are Waitlisted for a Course

When a course is full but has an open waitlist, the WAITLIST button will appear in place of the ADD button. Just clicking the waitlist button does not put you on the waitlist – you must continue all the way through the checkout process. You will not be charged for courses you have been waitlisted for.

If a spot becomes available, an Welcome Desk staff member will contact the first person on the waitlist to see if they want the spot. If you are contacted, you may then choose whether you still want to register in the program. No charges will be placed against your account until you are actually registered.

Withdrawing or Transferring

To withdraw from a course or to transfer to another course, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300.

If you enter the correct student course code and you are not able to register please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300.

If You Can't See the ADD Button
