Our highly educated Personal Trainers are qualified to provide run training or special condition programs to help you achieve your running goals. Whether you are just beginning to run or looking to complete a marathon or an adventure race, our staff can set you up with the right program to achieve your running goals.

Note: Personal training sessions, fitness assessments and nutrition consultations must be paid upon booking. Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Cancelled sessions will count at the full session rate if proper notice is not given.

Strength Training

Strength Training Package

Build your confidence by building up your physical strength. Package includes a pre-fitness test used to set a baseline and four personal training sessions, which include programs based on the five key phases of training. As well you will receive a post-fitness test that will provide feedback on how your strength has progressed.

Are you looking to improve your participation in a specific sport? Have a training regimen designed expressly to enhance your sport performance. Working with a personal trainer will get you a comprehensive periodized training program and the knowledge you’ll need to take your performance to the next level.

Triathlon Page PicWhether you’re new to the sport or a veteran of the swim-bike-run lifestyle, MacEwan University’s triathlon training will help you reach your goals. Either through participating in the coached group workouts or following a periodized training program designed by head coach Terra Giggey, you will increase your base strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness and refine your technique in all three sports.

Energize your body and spirit with resistance training workouts, rides, runs and swims and journey through your training alongside other triathlon enthusiasts who can offer support and encouragement.

Please note, turning in a completed waiver form to the instructor is mandatory before participation in this class. Download the Waiver or pick one up from the Welcome Desk.
