  • University degrees in physical education and sport studies.
  • Certifications with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists as Certified Exercise Physiologists or as Certified Personal Trainers.
  • Medical Exercise Specialist designation-an internationally recognized certification for fitness professionals working with special populations and post-rehabilitation clients
