Online registration opens November 25, 2013. An e-mail address is required to complete your on-line registration. Payment by Visa, Master Card, Online Banking (BMO Bank of Montreal, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank and TD Canada Trust) are accepted.
Self-Register: Use if you are registering only one person online.
Group Registration: Use if you are registering two or more people and paying with the same credit card or online banking.
Register by Mail or Fax
If mailing/faxing in your registration, a fax number and e-mail address will be required for confirmation. A notice of confirmation, stating that MacEwan University is in receipt of payment, will be forwarded with the conference schedule(s). Those who are to be reimbursed by a sponsor should use this as a “receipt”.
Important: Avoid any delays in the processing of your registration by ensuring all personal information has been completed on the form.
Notice of withdrawal and requests for a refund must be submitted IN WRITING prior to 10 a.m. Friday, January, 19, 2014. No refunds will be issued after this date. A $50 administrative processing fee will apply to all refunds. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
