Conference Fees

Full conference REGULAR
$157.50 (includes $150 reg, $7.50 GST)

Full conference STUDENT
(A reduced rate is offered to students in BScN, PN or RPN programs. Registration is required prior to January 4 to receive the reduced rate.)
$105 (includes $100 reg, $5 GST)

Registration will not be processed until payment has been received.
Notice of withdrawal and requests for a refund must be submitted IN WRITING prior to  10 a.m. Friday, January, 18, 2013.

No refunds will be issued after this date.
A $50 administrative processing fee will apply to all refunds.
Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
