The tuition and fees for University Studies International (USI) students are dependent on the pathway that the student is enrolled in. There are three general pathways that students may follow in USI, although some students may be taking courses from more than one pathway. Tuition fees for the English Language Studies (ESL) and Academic Studies pathways are calculated on a per-credit basis, whereas tuition fees for High School Studies are charged on a per-fee-credit basis.
The 2012/13 tuition and fee estimate for USI students studying English as a Second Language courses is based on billing credits and is assessed at $494 per billing credit.
Note: MacEwan's highest level of English Language Studies (ENGL 086) is billed as a 6-credit course.
