If you would like grad photos before Spring Convocation, the SAM centre has arranged photo sessions that students can book into themselves.

On the day of your ceremony, MacEwan has arranged for a professional photographer from Grad Images to take a photo of each graduand while crossing the stage. Information will be included in your invitation package. Backdrops for class and family pictures will be in the main and second level foyers after the ceremony so that graduates and guests make take candid photos.
Each graduate will have their picture taken on the stage with the Unversity President by a Grad Images professional photographer. Proofs will be sent to graduates four weeks after the ceremony. If you do not receive your proofs, please visit www.gradimages.com or call 1-800-372-3686. There is no obligation to purchase; graduates have the option to order enlargement packages at reasonable prices.
If you do not want your crossing the stage photo taken by the Grad Images photographer, please complete the Photo Decline request form (included with your invitation) and return it by fax to (780) 497-5001 or drop if off at the Office of the Registrar at City Centre Campus.
Take candid photos after the ceremony. MacEwan backdrops for class and family pictures will be in the main and second level foyers after the ceremony.
If you would like to order a grad ring before Spring Convocation, the SAM centre has made arrangements with Jostens.

Graduation rings will also be available for purchase in the main foyer of the Winspear Centre on the day of your ceremony.
Parchment frames will be available for purchase at the Alumni Relations and Services table at the Winspear after the ceremony.
Flowers are available at Spring convocations only.
