Purpose of IIME
IIME facilitates debate regarding the philosophy and purpose of management education, to explore current and emerging methods and to introduce innovation in the field through collaboration with companies and other academic institutions.
Research Contributions
IIME strives to contribute to applied research, which can engage organizations in building their capacity to assess and improve their managerial cadre and to develop managerial competencies to perform in a profitable and responsible way. Research within IIME also aims to contribute to the foundation for business schools to improve the organization and delivery of their curriculum. In addition, the research will enable School of Business faculty to increase their contributions to the body of literature in management education and development.
