Subjects include organizational behaviour, labour relations, recruitment and selection, employment law, workplace health and safety training, compensation, and change management.
The program also offers a certificate exit option after completion of the first year of study, and students who complete the full diploma, can transfer directly to the third year of MacEwan's Bachelor of Commerce degree - so you can graduate with both a specialized diploma AND a degree.
