You must submit a portfolio of work and a written personal statement that will be assessed by a panel of Design Studies faculty. Admission to the program is based on both academic records and portfolio assessment.
Before you submit a portfolio and personal statement:
- Attend an information session (recommended)
- Apply to the program online at www.applyalberta.ca or in person at any MacEwan campus
- Follow the directions in the Entrance Requirements and Portfolio Guidelines
- Write the Skills Appraisal if necessary and complete any required upgrading
