Registration Procedures
Online registration now available! follow instructions below:
To add courses online, click www.MacEwan.ca (link will directly take to 'Browse Courses' page)
Once you are on the 'Browse Courses' page, you can then search for the course number you are interested in, for example:
SISS 0002 Minerva Course Number
SISS 0002 OP01 Minerva Course Number and Section Number from calendar
Select courses by clicking 'Add to Cart', once finished choosing courses, click 'Checkout' and Complete Information

Bring the completed form to Minerva or the Office of the Registrar at City Centre Campus (10700-104 Avenue).
Cancellations:
Minerva reserves the right to cancel any programs for insufficient enrolment. In the event of cancellation all participants will receive a full refund.
Withdrawals/Refunds – Courses:
Students are held responsible for courses in which they are registered. Withdrawals are only permitted prior to the first class and a $20.00 administrative fee will be levied.
Withdrawals/Refunds – Presentations:
No withdrawals are allowed for presentations except for medical reasons, supporting documentation is required.
Withdrawals/Refunds – Walk-Abouts:
Students must withdraw at least seven days prior to the date of a Walk-About and a $20.00 administrative fee will be levied.
