The classroom provides you with the foundational knowledge required for a career in policing, and the field placement allows you to see that theory in action. You will have the opportunity to participate in two intensive supervised field placements, putting you in the hands of veteran police officers who can show you the ropes.
Since its inception in 1971, this program has maintained strong partnerships with a variety of policing agencies for field placement opportunities, including the Edmonton Police Service, RCMP, CN Police and Aboriginal Police Services.
