Promote your organization and available job, volunteer or training opportunities in a high traffic area on any of our campuses. This service includes:
- 2'x5' table and two chairs
- Power and internet access upon request (please specify when booking)
- One full-day complimentary parking pass
- Link to your website on career services
- Posters at key locations and email to programs announcing your visit.
- A/V equipments (additional fees applied)
Rates:
$100+GST/table/day
$50+GST/table/day for registered charities
Recruitment Table bookings can be made online at any time by logging into your Career Link Account. Once logged in, select "Events" then "On-Campus Recruitment Events" and hit "Add New" button to fill out the booking form. Bookings with A/V equipments must be made at least 5 business days in advance. However, during busy recruitment times (September, end of February, March and April), we strongly advise you to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Hosting an information session is a great way to build awareness about your organization on campus and to meet with students one-on-one. We can arrange for a room booking, technical assistance and catering (separate charge) for your session. We will also help you advertise the session to your target audience. Please email careerservices@macewan.ca with your preferred date(s) and time(s) at least two weeks in advance to allow for proper arrangement and promotion of your session.
