Health and Dental Plan
The Health and Dental Plan was established by the Students' Association so students can receive medical benefits while in school. It's also a requirement of your enrollment at Grant MacEwan University. If you are already insured, keep reading for information on how you can waive your student health and dental benefits.
Eligibility Enrollment Criteria
The cost of the plan is included in your institutional fees, provided you meet certain eligibility criteria.
Do you already have Health and Dental insurance?
If you have comparable health and dental coverage, you can apply to waive your student benefits. Students are given one opportunity to waive benefits under the health and/or dental plan(s) each year. All waiver forms must be completed by SEPTEMBER 30, 2011. Approval of your opt out will result in the plan fee being removed.
