Thinking about a career as a Registered Nurse (RN)?

Registered Nurses play a vital role in promoting health and wellness, preventing illness and injury and providing support for individuals and families experiencing illness. They have extensive knowledge, a broad repertoire of skills and the professional attributes that are essential for evidence-informed practice within diverse settings.

At MacEwan, we are committed to excellence in nursing education and practice. MacEwan's four-year baccalaureate program in nursing enables our graduates to contribute to the well being of individuals and society.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree from MacEwan, are eligible to write the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE), and apply to become a Registered Nurse.
