Our Mission

The mission of Minerva Senior Studies Institute is to provide learning opportunities for older adults (50 plus) by developing, sponsoring, promoting, offering and participating in educational events designed to enhance seniors' intellectual pursuits that enrich their lives.

Minerva Senior Studies undertakes to:

• Promote lifelong learning
  
• Extend educational access to seniors
  
• Deliver a sound “senior friendly” volunteer program
  
• Be innovative and responsive in program planning and evaluation
  
• Be fiscally responsible 
  
• Share expertise & demonstrate leadership in educational initiatives

Creative Age Festival

Edmonton's third annual festival highlighting the value of the arts for older adults and the communities in which they live will be held June 8 - 16, 2010. Seniors Week 2010

On June 7 - 13, 2010 Albertans will celebrate seniors.
Seniors make a difference in our community whether it is by helping their neighbor or volunteering in the community.

Minerva Office Has Moved
