On-Site Recruitment Tables

This service is available at all four campuses and must be booked minimum two weeks in advance. Includes:

• 2'x5' table and two chairs
• power and internet access upon request
• 1 parking pass
• Link to your website on www.MacEwan.ca/ses page
• Posters at key locations and email to programs announcing your visit

$100/table/day 

$50/table/day for registered charities

A 25% discount will apply if you book tables at more than one campus in the same week.

Information Sessions

Information session is a great way to build awareness about your organization on campus and to meet with students one-on-one. We can arrange for a room booking, technical assistance and catering (separate charge) for your session. We will also help you advertise the session to your target audience. Please book minimum two weeks in advance.

$100/session

$50/session for registered charities

Get to Work Career Fair 

Get to Work is our biggest annual career fair. It is a great event for organizations that want to connect with MacEwan students and graduates.

The 2010 career fair was attended by over 850 students. Wednesday January 26, 2011 is the tentative date for next year's event. Please check back in early September for registration information!

Volunteer for the Get to Work Rapid Resume Reviews

Two weeks prior to our Get to Work Career Fair, we will set up resume review booths at each of our campuses where employers and MacEwan staff quickly critique student resumes. A fun way to get to know our students and programs while raising your company profile on campus! To volunteer, simply click "yes" in the online Get to Work registration system, or call MacEwan Career Services @ 780-497-5096.

Other on-campus opportunities to reach students include:

• Advertising in the student newspaper

• On-campus advertising opportunities via NewAd. Visit their website at  http://www.newad.com/

• Posters on Bulletin Boards: contact a Students' Association (SA) office for a stamped approval and for bulletin board locations.
