Our department prepares students for a variety of health care careers—in the areas of acupuncture, massage therapy, physical education and the roles of speech-language pathologist assistant, hearing aid practitioner, physical and occupational therapist assistants.

In each program, students learn to value the health and well-being of all clients, whatever their needs. Led by caring instructors who are practitioners themselves, our students develop the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and professionalism they need to succeed in their chosen field. Small class sizes mean faculty really get to know their students, mentoring them as they achieve academic success and personal growth.

Our graduates are sought after by employers such as Alberta Health and Wellness, as well as by private clinics providing services such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, or hearing aid services.
