Faculty of Nursing academic advising
Use one of the following methods to contact us.
Email the program directly with your questions. Use your @mymacewan.ca student Gmail account when you contact us by email and include your student ID number.
We respond to emails in the order they are received.
Schedule a 20-minute one-on-one appointment with an Academic Advisor in the Faculty of Nursing by phone, by video, or in person.
Check in at the front counter in 9-506. Advisors are available for 10-minute quick questions:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
We may need to book a longer appointment if your questions cannot be answered in the 10-minute time frame.
Call us during regular business hours. If you are prompted to leave a voicemail, be sure to clearly state:
- your name
- phone number
- MacEwan ID number (if applicable)
- and the reason for your call.
We respond to calls and voicemails in the order they are received.
As a MacEwan University student, you must use your @mymacewan.ca student Gmail account when you contact MacEwan University faculty and staff by email. Include your student ID number in all correspondence.
