Pride Week 2023

Check out how we celebrated Pride Week in 2023.

From March 6 to 10, we partnered again with the NorthSide Pride Collaborative Group, including NAIT, NorQuest, The King’s University and Concordia University of Edmonton. Event highlights included a new speaker series, “speed friending” with Concordia, an “elementary school picture retake day” (to finally get that picture of your “true” self), and a Retro Queer Prom at The Rice in the Citadel Theatre.

The theme was Queer Joy—a radical act of resistance and a way to build community and resilience. We invited people to share their stories on their own terms and to give themselves the past and the future they always deserved.

Missed the 2023 events? No problem!
