Our fitness programming serves people of all abilities and interests—from Olympic weightlifting and kickboxing to yoga and Pilates. Registered courses require a fee to participate. Value-Added classes are free for members, included with the purchase of a pass or with paid facility access.

Enhance your mobility, strength and stamina with traditional Hatha Yoga blended with Vinyasa flow movements. Drop-in available.

Kickboxing

Former Canadian Champion Gasper Bonomo delivers exhilarating, non-choreographed kickboxing basics to anyone looking to build strength, speed and agility. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves. No experience necessary.

Learn to safely snatch and clean & jerk under the guidance of an NCCP-Weightlifting certified personal trainer. All experience levels welcome.

Self Defense

Learn functional techniques and improve fitness to protect yourself based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Sunrise Yoga

Wake your body up through the first half of this class with gentle stretches and movements, followed by a high-energy vinyasa practice to get energized for the rest of your day.

Yin Yoga 

A gentle, slow-paced yoga practice with asanas held for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes. Bring calmness, balance and mobility to the mind and body. *Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats/props. Mats are available if needed. Drop-in available.

The following value-added classes are free drop-in classes for those who have a Sport and Wellness membership or pass. The public can join for a fee. All Value-Added classes require minimum participation numbers to run. Classes with low numbers are subject to cancellation.

Improve mobility and prevent injuries with a 30-minute practice, including dynamic stretch series and myofascial release.

Train to stay independent! This workout aims to improve muscular strength, endurance, mobility and balance. Exercises are performed primarily seated in a chair, with some standing movements for balance that can be modified as needed.
