Understanding the costs involved in pursuing higher education—and some ways to offset them—can help you to make informed decisions about your finances.
Cost breakdown
The cost of your education can vary based on your program. You should also consider additional costs like textbooks and tech necessary for your coursework—and the cost of living—when planning your finances.
Your tuition and student fees cover some expenses such as a U‑Pass for transit, access to MacEwan Sport and Wellness, and health and dental insurance.
We’re also committed to helping to alleviate some costs. We’re securing affordable downtown housing options, providing cheaper meals and helping with the cost of textbooks. And we’re continuously looking for more ways to help.
