Health care professionals who are interested in working in cardiac sciences or in caring for patients with or at risk of cardiac disease can gain the knowledge and expertise they need in the Cardiac Care Management program.

The post-diploma certificate program addresses the entire patient journey, including health promotion, disease prevention, management of acute episodes and chronic conditions, rehabilitation and palliation. You complete the program prepared to provide care to individuals, families, groups, communities and populations in a variety of settings in both urban and rural environments.

The courses are delivered online, offering you the flexibility to balance your studies with professional commitments and family responsibilities.

My greatest moment as an educator happens when a student develops a connection to the content or an experience which is key in their personal development and formation of their professional identity.
