The School of Business is seeking a high energy, self-starter who has a passion to support faculty and staff in delivering a transformational student experience. Located in the dean’s office the Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for all requests from over 100 sessional faculty a term. The successful candidate will manage a queue of requests that support the faculty in their classroom activity. Candidates should have exception skills in excel, and word and able to manage tier one issues with ease. This is a high-volume role requiring an individual with a high level of attention to detail, good interpersonal and customer service skills and a high focus on time management.

A post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration and one year related experience along with advanced training in Microsoft applications is required. Experience in a post-secondary environment is considered an asset.
