The Administrative Support IV provides comprehensive, detail-oriented administrative support to the Dean and other areas of the School of Continuing Education in key tasks associated with sessional faculty hiring, communications, preparation and operation of academic governance meetings, and requirements and management of assets and materials.  Other support functions include managing logistics, development of efficient office systems and procedures, financial reporting, troubleshooting, and general office administration for the Dean's Office.


Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a changing and fast-paced environment is essential. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, ability to problem solve, excellent judgement and critical thinking skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A high level of professionalism, ability to work independently, and capacity to create and implement processes and office systems is required.


A two-year post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or a related field is required. A minimum of three years’ related office experience is required. Experience working in a post-secondary setting would be considered an asset.
