The Department of Organization Behaviour, Human Resources and Management in the School of Business invites applications for a full-time appointment in Human Resources Management, holding the rank of either Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, commencing on or before July 1, 2018.

The department is seeking faculty committed to teaching excellence, with a demonstrated potential to publish and present their research, and who are willing to share their expertise with the local business community. Faculty should expect to leverage or develop their professional experiences in supervision and/or human resource management to contribute to the job-ready qualities of students graduating from the HR Program.

Preferred candidates will hold a Ph.D and a professional designation in a related field, and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching philosophy and recent teaching evaluations, as well as a statement of research interests, sample of scholarly work, descriptions of professional work experiences, and academic transcripts.
