The Department of Psychology in the Faculty of Arts and Science at MacEwan University invites applications for a Tenure-Track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2018, subject to final budgetary approval.

The successful candidate will have expertise in personality theory, will be expected to teach second-year courses in personality, and teach or develop senior level courses on more specialized topics. Further, a new Assistant Professor would be expected to develop and maintain a program of research that will include the training of honours students and other undergraduate researchers.

Preferred candidates will hold a Ph.D. in Psychology and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program. Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, sample of scholarly work, and academic transcripts.
