Opportunity

MacEwan University is recruiting for Student Customer Service Representatives to provide superior customer service at the Bookstores at City Centre Campus. We are looking for positive, energetic people who enjoy working with others in a busy, high-pressure environment. These are casual, hourly positions starting in July 2018.

Successful applicants may be assigned to any bookstore.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to this position. The successful applicants must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxes of supplies up to 50 lbs. The successful applicants must also be able to work flexible shifts.

Position Requirements

Applicants must be registered as a MacEwan University student. A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service environment is required. Candidates should also have experience utilizing cash terminals.
