The Peer Health Education Team (PHET) is a student led team at MacEwan University that strives to build a healthier campus for all. Through peer-to-peer education, advocacy, and collaboration with campus and community members, the Peer Health Educators (PHE) encourage students to make healthy life choices in support of their academic and personal goals.
Under the direction of the Wellness and Psychological Services Faculty, the PHEs will take on a leadership role in the planning, implementation and evaluation of holistic health promotion and education programming. PHEs will work up to 10 hours per week, based on demands and scheduled programming.

- Experience with Microsoft office and Google Docs

This position requires current enrollment in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th of a MacEwan University degree program. Candidates who are enrolled in their 1st year of a degree program or who are enrolled in a diploma program may be considered if they already have a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience in health promotion and education as well as experience developing educational materials and activities are considered an asset.
