Under the direction of the Director, Finance and Business Operations and with supervision by the Team Lead, Registration and Information Services, the Functional Analyst is responsible for identifying and facilitating opportunities for the development and enhancement of the different modules in the University's ERP/Student Information System to support the institution's Continuing Education programming. This position is responsible for working with all staff in the SCE including registration and programming staff.

Applied business knowledge of PeopleSoft, Campus Solutions; other ERP system or relational database experience would be considered an asset
The Functional Analyst will be responsible for facilitating business processes and practices of registration systems used within the SCE and updating staff of any changes to ensure consistency and compliance with University policies and procedures. Other duties include leading system maintenance, troubleshooting, developing and maintaining queries, acceptance testing and project administration.
The incumbent must be a self-motivated individual and eager to complete research by independently reading and analyzing various user manuals and business process documentation.
Minimum of two to five years' experience in business planning, system analysis, research, and trouble shooting complex system solutions. Business process management experience is an asset
University degree in a related area or a combination of relevant education (diploma) and experience
