Print Services Coordinator

MacEwan University has an opportunity for a Print Services Coordinator for MacEwan Print Services within Campus Services. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of Print Services ensuring the delivery of high-quality print job to MacEwan staff and students. This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Manager of Transportation, Print and Mail Services. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 430PM.
The Print Services Coordinator is responsible for satisfying customer requirements for digital reprographics and binding needs by providing high quality, cost effective, error-free, on-time solutions for customers’ print communication needs, sourcing third party vendors for print requests outside the scope of the digital print equipment onsite and for the recovery and financial tracking of revenues in a charge-back environment.
Proficient in operating high speed production digital printers, scanners and ancillary devices in a networked computer environment and ability to read and convert files as required. Proficient in operating bindery equipment. Self-directed with excellent organizational and workflow management skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a networked digital print environment.
Post-secondary certificate. High-speed digital printer/copier operation training. Graphic design knowledge. Computer training in network use and file management.
