The Acupuncture Diploma Program requires sessional instructors for courses related to Traditional Chinese Medicine topics such as diagnostics, clinical modalities, and clinical case studies. The courses are introductory to intermediate level and may involve both lecture and/or lab components.
Instructors are responsible for preparing lecture materials such as power point presentations or related media, as well as creating and grading quizzes, tests, and assignments. Instructors will be expected to utilize the MacEwan online learning environment, Blackboard Learn, throughout the term.
The Department is seeking candidates who are registered acupuncturists in good standing with the provincial regulatory body. Post-secondary teaching experience is an asset.
