The School of Continuing Education (SCE) is seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate for this 24-month term position. As the Administrative Support III you will be accountable for contributing to the success and smooth operation of the Student Support Centre and the SCE community. The successful candidate will often be the first contact with prospective and returning students, and must be knowledgeable about MacEwan, SCE programs, and policies. In this role you will respond to various email, phone, and in-person inquiries, including but not limited to admission requirements, course offerings, prerequisite requirements, registration procedures, fees and fee payments, academic and student services. This role will also provide administrative support to prospective students, as well as SCE staff and instructors.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two years of related experience supporting program delivery at a post-secondary institution.
