Applications are invited for the position of Nurse Educator within the Faculty of Nursing.
The Nurse Educator is primarily responsible for clinical instruction within the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Bachelor in Psychiatric Nursing, and Psychiatric Nursing (Diploma) programs which are housed within the Faculty of Nursing. Preferred candidates must hold a baccalaureate degree in nursing with a minimum of 3 years of registered nursing or registered psychiatric nursing practice. Candidates should possess strong practice knowledge and skills; a commitment to the profession of registered nursing; enthusiasm for teaching undergraduate nursing students; and interest in ongoing professional development.
The Nurse Educator position is full-time from mid/late-August to mid/late-May with a comprehensive benefits package.
Active licensure or eligibility for unencumbered licensure with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA) is required.
