Opportunity

Retail Services is looking for a casual Retail Sales Associate. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing customer service, till operations, sales, clerical functions, and retail maintenance in all areas of Campus Services. You will operate an electronic cash register/credit card terminal, perform opening and closing store duties under the direction of Management, and perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the job description and classification on request.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Must be capable of lifting and moving boxes of textbooks and supplies up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • 1-2 years of related retail experience
